Vibrant new office design
The new design for the ground floor common areas brings light and vitality to this prominent West End office building in Portman Square. The complete refurbishment program for Invista Real Estate Ltd includes the addition of glazing to a historic façade, rationalisation of the interior space, new furniture and lighting throughout.
The open entrance area was enclosed with glazing transforming a dark windswept lobby into a welcoming arrival space, connecting the building with the street and increasing heating recovery levels. Seating was relocated to the naturally lit atrium in the heart of the building creating space for a functional, professional reception area. New exterior lighting raises the presence of the building on this imposing 18th century square.
