Common areas were refurbished and a new reception area designed for this Grade II Listed, six storey office building. The reception was transformed from an uninspiring entrance area into an inviting professional space. A meticulous programme was put together and adhered to in order to complete the project to a tight deadline, accommodating the existing tenants. The new design contributed to the swift sale of the building shortly after the completion of works.
