Works have begun on an extensive remodelling and refurbishment of a six storey private house in Maida Vale.
The scheme involves a sensitive contemporary extension at the rear of the property, creating a large open-plan family living area with a dramatic double-height space between ground and lower ground floor levels. The design responds to the client's requirements for maximising daylight and opening the rear of the property to the garden.
