Lyndhurst Road
A family home with contemporary elements created from a Victorian property within a Conservation Area. The existing house was substantially increased by extending the lower ground floor and by modifying the roof profile. A new-linked lower ground floor area, under the rear garden, provides space for a gym, wine cellar and children's playroom. The internal layout was rationalised throughout and refurbished using high quality materials, period features were restored or reinstated with appropriate reclaimed originals.
