Analysis of the common parts of this 300,000 sq ft landmark office building revealed a need to address circulation and lighting. A new entrance area design provides easy access for all users of the building and creates an enjoyable area for people to meet. New lighting gives, previously hindered, views in from the street, welcoming people into the building. The introduction of trees to the atrium space offers a green outlook from the office accommodation.
