Analysis of the common parts of this 300,000 sq ft landmark office building revealed a need to address circulation and lighting. Our new entrance area design provides easy access for all users of the building and creates an enjoyable area for people to meet. A new lighting scheme gives, previously hindered, views in from the street, welcoming people into the building. The introduction of trees to the atrium space offers a green outlook from the office accommodation.
