Oberstein Road
Design for a contemporary new build house on a corner site, the carefully resolved façade is designed to complement the scale of the adjoining terraced houses. Landscaped terraces and planting to the front and side enhance the streetscape. The interior features large open plan living areas leading on to a lower terrace and a master bedroom leading to a roof terrace with views of the surrounding area. The highly sustainable specification includes substantial insulation and innovative energy conserving technology. The project is in progress.
