Complete refurbishment of a newly acquired office building in Edinburgh. Entrance, reception and common areas will be rationalised using a palette of complimentary materials and finishes. Together with new signage and lighting this will create a fresh identity for taking the building to market.
100,000sq ft of office space will be modernised with new efficient heating/cooling and lighting, making the rejuvenation of this under-utilised 30 year old building a far more sustainable alternative to new-build office space. A new café, secure bike storage and showers will provide much needed amenity space for employees.
Works are due to commence onsite in January 2012.
