Complete refurbishment of reception and common areas and enhancement of external streetscape of a City office building on the approach to London Bridge. The proposal is to open up the reception area with glazing to the entrance. Externally we have worked with TFL to improve the quality if the space around Regis House by adding a colonnade of trees.
