Michel Roux
New building adjacent to Michel Roux’s acclaimed Three Michelin Star restaurant, The Waterside Inn at Bray. Situated on the banks of the River Thames in a 16th century village, the project is in a Conservation Area. The design is being developed to harmonise with the village environment and incorporates a number of sustainable energy solutions, including using surplus energy for the adjoining restaurant. The project was won in an invited competition, planning consent has now been granted for the scheme and work is in progress.
