New-build private dining and hotel accommodation for The Waterside Inn. Tan Home Cottage achieved a planning award and local merit. The site is located within the Green Belt, Flood Plain and Conservation Area of the historic 16th century village of Bray. The design used high quality materials locally sourced where possible, sustainable energy provides heating and hot water using a heat exchange system in the River Thames and integrated roof top solar panels.
