A new, extended state-of-the-art kitchen at The Waterside Inn, completed in record time to exacting standards. Typically a project of this scale would be on-site for 6 months however with meticulous planning and co-ordination, the work was carried out in just over 3 months, ensuring the commercial viability of the project. Bespoke throughout, the kitchen has required more than 25 different specialist companies with over 100 operatives working on site. The design incorporates sustainable measures such as a heat recovery system for cooling and specialised fully bio-degrading drainage treatment unit.
