Uphill Road
A new-build contemporary 7,000 sq ft detached family home in North London. Initially the brief was to extend and refurbish an existing house, however it became apparent that in order to successfully fulfil all of the client's requirements, a new build would be the better solution and more economical. A flexible open plan ground floor leads out to the garden, pool and tennis court, merging the outside and inside spaces. The design incorporates the latest environmental technology including rainwater harvesting, high performing insulation and solar panels.
